Fruits (to be avoided for 3 weeks minimum, then add gradually…I’m still noticing a bit of sensitivity even after 9 months of the diet)

  • Lemon and lime are acceptable
  • Apple and berries are the best fruits to start with, since they are lowest in sugar

Teas

  • Black teas are prepared through a fermentation process…boohoo! I miss tea parties with mom, sister and friends!
  • Green, white and herbal teas are acceptable, but labels must be read carefully for any hidden ingredients

Vitamins (Must have a yeast-free label. Many commercially made vitamins are derived from mold-yeast culture.)
